1. Acceptance of Terms

JIA Bank is a product of Jia Pay Limited. By accessing and using JIA Bank services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Complete identity verification (KYC) via Stripe
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Crypto Services (Coming Soon)

Crypto wallet and swap services are planned for a future release. When available, additional terms will apply. JIA currently focuses on payments and fintech services.

4. Services and Fees

Our current services include:

  • Digital wallet with multi-currency switching (EUR, GBP, USD)
  • Debit card service — spend anywhere
  • Wallet freeze/unfreeze functionality

Fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction.

5. Sandbox Mode

Sandbox mode allows you to test our services with simulated funds. All transactions in sandbox mode are simulated and do not involve real funds. Sandbox mode is provided for testing purposes only.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Engage in money laundering or fraud
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use automated systems to access our services without permission

7. Wallet Freeze

You may freeze your wallet at any time using the freeze functionality. When frozen, all spending and transfers will be blocked until you unfreeze. We reserve the right to freeze wallets that violate these terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. Referral Program

Our referral program offers €5 to both the referrer and referee when a referred user completes KYC verification. Referral payouts are subject to verification and may be revoked if fraud is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jia Pay Limited, the provider of JIA Bank, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
